BPD: 4 dead, 18 injured in Birmingham mass shooting
Details of the incident
On Saturday, police responded to a report of a shooting at a shopping center in Birmingham, Alabama. Upon arrival, officers found multiple victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Four people were pronounced dead at the scene, while 18 others were transported to local hospitals with injuries ranging from minor to critical.
The suspect, a 21-year-old male, was taken into custody at the scene.
