AC Sparta Praha have reached the UEFA Champions League play-offs after a 2-0 win over FC Red Bull Salzburg at Generali Arena on Tuesday.
The Czech champions, who had lost 2-1 in Austria in the first leg, turned the tie around thanks to goals from Tomas Wiesner and Lukas Haraslin.
Wiesner gave Sparta the lead in the 28th minute with a close-range finish after being set up by Haraslin.
Haraslin then doubled Sparta's advantage just before half-time with a stunning strike from outside the box.
Sparta held on to their lead in the second half to secure a 3-2 aggregate victory and a place in the play-offs.
They will now face either Dynamo Kyiv or Benfica in the play-offs, with the draw taking place on Friday.
Sparta's comeback win was a major upset
Sparta's victory was a major upset, as Salzburg were the heavy favourites going into the match.
The Austrian champions had won the first leg 2-1 and were unbeaten in their last six matches in all competitions.
However, Sparta produced a spirited performance and deservedly won the match.
Wiesner and Haraslin were Sparta's heroes

Wiesner scored the opening goal and was a constant threat to the Salzburg defence throughout the match.
Haraslin scored the second goal and was also a key player in Sparta's midfield.
Sparta will now face either Dynamo Kyiv or Benfica in the play-offs
