Indiana Fever Continue to Dominate, Defeat Chicago Sky
Fever Extend Winning Streak to Four Games
Durham's Stellar Performance Leads Indiana to Victory
The Indiana Fever continued their impressive start to the 2024 WNBA season with a convincing victory over the Chicago Sky on Friday night at Hinkle Fieldhouse. Led by Aaliyah Durham's career-high performance, the Fever dominated the Sky from start to finish, securing a 95-78 victory.
Durham was unstoppable in the paint, putting up a career-high 27 points and 13 rebounds. The Fever center was a force on both ends of the court, consistently drawing fouls and protecting the rim. Her presence inside allowed the Fever's guards to penetrate the defense and create opportunities for their teammates.
The Fever's victory extends their winning streak to four games and improves their record to 6-3 on the season. They now sit second in the Eastern Conference standings, just one game behind the first-place Washington Mystics.
